Ingredients
4 ounces of fiber-enriched or natural elbow macaroni pasta.2 quarts of water.1 tsp. of salt.2 tbs- 1/4 cup of velveeta or taco bell salsa con queso dip.
Directions
Cook pasta thoroughly according to box instructions. Drain. Add dip in a bowl and stir. Should make 2 servings of roughly 2 ounces of pasta each.
