1 Tbl olive oil1 large onion coarsely chopped2 large cloves garlic (or 3 cloves) minced2 large pinches of italian seasoning1 tsp medium hot chili powder--------1 can pink beans (15.5 oz)1 can diced tomatoes in tomato juice (15.5 oz)3/4 C cooked wild and brown rice mix
Heat olive oil. Add the onions and garlic and saute until transparent and slightly golden. Add the spices and stir. Add the remaining indredients and stir. Bring to a boil, then simmer 15-20 minutes until slightly thickened and heated through. Serve hot.
