Rajun Cajun Chicken and Pasta

Ingredients
1 pound penne pasta2 large chicken breasts1 green bell pepper1 red bell pepper1 yellow or orange bell pepper4 cups heavy cream1 cup milk2 cups shredded parmesan cheese1/4 to 1/2 hot sauce
Directions
Cook pasta in boiling water, drain and cool under running water. Julienne chicken and saute in small amount of oil and set aside. Julienne peppers and saute and set aside. Heat cream and milk bring to a boil then add cheese. Cook sauce until cheese is melted add hot sauce. Mix all ingredients together and put in baking dish and bake for 45 minutes. Or until bubbling and hot.
