Chipotle fajitas

Ingredients
14 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts1/2 green pepper3/4 onion sliced2 tbs. olive oil1/4 cup water1/2 tsp. chipotle chile pepper powder1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. black pepper
Directions
cube chicken into bite size pieces
combine all ingredients in bowl
mix well and refridgerate for 15 min.
heat in skillet on medium setting 7-8 min.
or until chicken is fully cooked
serve over rice, or in whole wheat tortilla
