Ingredients
3 cups whole wheat flour3 tsp. baking powder1 tbsp. salt3 tsp. ground cinnamon3/4 cup applesauce1 cup milk10 packets splenda3 tbsp. honey3/4 cup dry oatmeal3 eggs1 tbsp. vanilla extract
Directions
Get griddle hot. Spray with fat free cooking spray. Turn on medium high. Cook until browned on each side. Approx. 5 minutes each side depending on your cook wear.

    It was edible, but not very good. The batter turned out more like a dough. I had to add about three cups of water to get a batter that was usable. - 10/24/08
