Spanish Ground Turkey Stew

Ingredients
1 1/4 pounds Ground Turkey1 small (90g) onion, chopped1 tbsp minced Garlic2 large (850g total) Sweet Potato10 ounces Mushrooms15 ounce Chick Peas, canned, drained, and rinced15 ounce Kidney Beans, canned, drained and rinced32 ounce Chicken Broth, 99% Fat Free1 tbsp Parsley1.5 tsp Adobo Seasoning1 tsp Black Pepper1 tsp Coriander1/2 tsp Cumin1/2 tsp thyme
Directions
Add oil, onion, garlic, sweet potatos and turkey to large stock pot on high heat. Cook, stiring occasionally to break up meat, until turley is cooked through, about 10 minutes. Add beans and cook another 5 minutes. Add broth, cover, lower heat to low. Simmer, stiring occasionally an hour. Add Mushrooms, cook 15 minutes more. Serve.
