Italian Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
2 pounds ground turkey1/2 c. chopped bell peppers1 c. chopped onion2 tsp. Lea & Perrins worcestershire sauce10 fat free saltines, crushed1/2 c ketchu[1 egg, whisked2 T. Kraft reduced fat parmesan cheese1/2 t. fennel seeds1/2 t. rosemary1/2 tsp. thyme1 tsp. oregano1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Directions
Mix all the ingredients listed in a big bowl. Spray a 9 x 9 cake pan with cooking spray. Pour in meatloaf mixture and pat flat to cover all of pan. Put in a 350 degree over for 45-60 minutes. Meatloaf is done when middle area is brown. Broth will need to be drained before serving. Makes 6 servings.
