Tasty Sesame Asian Spinach Salad Topped With Garbanzo Beans and Grilled Shrimp

About 12 Large Fresh or Thawed Shrimp2 Garlic Cloves Chopped4 TBSP Kraft Light Done Right Asian Dressing4 Cups Fresh Baby Spinach Leaves1/2 Cup Garbanzo (Chick) Beans1/4 Cup Golden or Regular Raisins1 OZ Unsalted Sunflower Seeds or Shaved Almonds3 Tablespoons Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese1/2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes4 Tablespoons Kraft Light Done Right Asian Sesame Salad Dressing to Top (2 TBSP per salad)
Chop your 2 cloves of garlic and toss a Tsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and garlic into a medium size sautee pan.
Sautee for about 5 minutes and add shrimp and 4 TBSP Kraft Asian Sesame Salad Dressing and cook for about 10 minutes on med-low heat.
While the shrimp is cooking, combine the rest of the ingrediants in a large bowl and toss.
Divide evenly and place on dinner plate and top each salad with 6 shrimp and a couple TBSP Kraft Asian Seame Salad Dressing.
Enjoy!! This salad goes great with Tomato Basil Soup a and wedge of your favorite bread or to keep it light a nice multi-grain flatbread cracker.
