PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE

Ingredients
1 15 oz can crushed pineapple1 Tbs canola oil2 Tbs brown sugar (not packed) 1/2 cup egg beaters1/2 cup granulated sugar1/4 cup sugar substitute1 cup self rising flour
Directions
Spread oil in 9" cake pan. Spread brown sugar over this evenly, then crushed pineapple.

Mix granulated sugar, sugar substitute, egg beaters, and flour. Pour batter over pineapple. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 min. makes 6 servings
