Breakfast muffins, bacon, egg, and cheese

Ingredients
*Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 3 cupButtermilk, lowfat, 1.33 cup*Better 'n' Eggs egg substitute, .75 cupOnions, raw, 1 cup, choppedGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup, shredded *Hormel Bacon Bits, 4 tbspsalt, pepper, garlic to taste
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. I like garlic in mine as well. Add the rest and bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes until brown. Muffins keep in fridge for up to a week and in the freezer for a month. Serve warm.
