Breakfast Quesadilla

Ingredients
2 corn tortillas1/4 c egg substitute1 tbls hormel real bacon bits1 slice soy cheddar cheese1 slice avocado diced
Directions
Saute or microwave egg substitute with cooking spray to eliminate sticking. Spray skillet with cooking spray and place one tortilla in skillet. Rip half of the cheese up on top of tortilla. Layer eggs over cheese, top with bacon bits, diced avocado & the other half of the cheese and remaining tortilla. Cook on medium heat until cheese is melted, then flip to other side and heat tortilla through.
