Chicken Soup

Ingredients
1 whole roasted chicken5 cups chopped carrots5 cups chopped celery1 med onion chopped2 tbsp salt 2 tbsp black pepper3 quarts water Garlicchili powder
Directions
Add water to pot, with veggies and seasonings, cook for approximately 1 hour or until slightly cooked ( still a little crunchy not over cooked)
Peel all meat off of roasted chicken and add to veggies. Cook for another 30 minutes or so until the flavors are where you like them.
