2 large eggs, beaten4 Tbsp. chopped green pepper, steamed4Tbsp. chopped onion, steamed1 link of italian sausage, chopped and cookedMozzarella cheese, part skim, 1 oz, shredds
the recipe make 1 serving.
Prepare all the "stuffing" for your omelette and set aside. I a nice heavy well coated , PAM, large fry pan, slip in your 2 well beaten eggs. Allow them to cook until they begin to set up, then add the stuffing ingredients, adding the cheese last. Fold first one side and then the other over towards the center of the mixture, and allow to finish cooking.
