Basil Chicken

2 T.Minced garlic1 T. Olive Oil2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved1 cup Fresh Basil, lightly packed3 T. Lemon Juice3 T. Water1 T. Soy sauce1 T. Sugar1/2 t. pepper
Pound chicken to 1/2" thickness. Combine oil and garlic in a skillet. Stir often over medium high heat until garlic is golden, 3 to 4 minutes. With a slotted spoon, trnsfer garlic to a small bowl. Add chicken to pan. Cook, turning to lightly brown on both sides. About 5 minutes. Cut basil leaves into thin slivers. Add 2/2 cup basil to pan, along with garlic and remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer until chicken is white in the center of thickest part, 6 - 7 minutes, spooning juices over chicken often. Transfer chicken to platter; keep wrm. Boil pan juices, uncovered, over high heat until redudced to 1/4 cup. Stirin remaining sliced basil and pour over chicken.
