Brown Rice Chicken Pizza with Black Beans

Ingredients
Brown Rice Pizza Crust (4 oz)Chicken Breast 2 ounces Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1/3 cupBlack Beans 1/2 cup Red Ripe Tomatoes, .25 cup, sliced *Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce 1 tbls
Directions
Spread sause on pizza crust lightly. Add chicken, green peppers, tomatoes then black beans and top with mozzerella cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 8-12 minutes. Pizza is done when cheese is lightly browned.

For brick oven type flavoring try this on the grill. We did this during the hurricane and it was fabulous!

    I was going to make this for lunch w/a friend who can't have gluten, but couldn't get the crust in time. Made the recipe for myself anyway and it's really good! I used tomatoes w/cilantro and it added a bit of a kick. Really nice :) - 3/2/10
