This was excellent! I only used enough taco seasoning to lightly cover the chicken. Used 1 can of cream of mushroom instead, enough salsa to cover chicken and didn't even bother with the sour cream at the end. We served it over rice and my husband said it was more delicious with every bite! - 10/13/08

I made this for my family tonight. My husband, son and his friend loved it! The boys' said they need the recipe when they go away to college. I made some minor changes...added can corn and black beans. I served it over low-glycemic rice and topped it with reduced fat cheese. Very tasty! - 5/2/10

Delicious & so easy. Mixed first four ingredients the night before & refrigerated, then cooked on high an hour to take chill, ready for lunch...friend loved it. - 3/19/10

Amazing! Added in a can of black beans and a can of corn. Next time would only use a 1/4 pack of taco seasoning. Definitely didn't need the sour cream. This ones a keeper. - 2/2/10

This recipe was SO easy! My crock pot is old, so to make sure it was done on time I put it on high for the first hour or so. My husband is a meat and potatoes guy, so I served it with baked potatoes and he used the sauce as a potato topping. I used mushroom soup. I will definitely repeat this recipe - 5/29/09

I have made this a few times and it just keeps getting better. I didn't use the sour cream nor did I shred the chicken. I served it with either whole wheat egg noodles or oven fried mushroom rice. Delicious!! - 1/29/09

I basically doubled the recipe, adding 2 taco packets, 6 breast filets, a whole bottle of salsa, 2 cans mushroom soup and more sour cream-that way it fed my family of 5. ALL 3 kids loved it! That's difficult to do in our house:) Anyway, the recipe is awesome-kudos to the person who added it! - 1/14/09

My husband and I loved this recipe! It was tasty, made the house smell good, and there is enough leftovers for him for a few days.
We used half a packer of taco seasoning, reduced fat/sodium cream of chicken and hot salsa - super spicy and delicious! - 1/9/09

I have made this several times with different variations. Using cream of Mushroom instead of cream of chicken. Not mixing the sour cream in and just using it as a topping. Every time it tastes great. I freeze it in containers for lunch at the office! Thanks - 1/5/09

I really liked this recipe. It was a nice change! I ate it over rice as did my son. My husband put his in a tortilla. I reheated the next day and we just used tortillas. I did use reduced cal sour cream and it didn't blend well so I may skip in the future. I can't wait to make it again! - 12/28/08
