This was excellent! I only used enough taco seasoning to lightly cover the chicken. Used 1 can of cream of mushroom instead, enough salsa to cover chicken and didn't even bother with the sour cream at the end. We served it over rice and my husband said it was more delicious with every bite! - 10/13/08

I made this for my family tonight. My husband, son and his friend loved it! The boys' said they need the recipe when they go away to college. I made some minor changes...added can corn and black beans. I served it over low-glycemic rice and topped it with reduced fat cheese. Very tasty! - 5/2/10

This recipe was SO easy! My crock pot is old, so to make sure it was done on time I put it on high for the first hour or so. My husband is a meat and potatoes guy, so I served it with baked potatoes and he used the sauce as a potato topping. I used mushroom soup. I will definitely repeat this recipe - 5/29/09

I basically doubled the recipe, adding 2 taco packets, 6 breast filets, a whole bottle of salsa, 2 cans mushroom soup and more sour cream-that way it fed my family of 5. ALL 3 kids loved it! That's difficult to do in our house:) Anyway, the recipe is awesome-kudos to the person who added it! - 1/14/09

I really liked this recipe. It was a nice change! I ate it over rice as did my son. My husband put his in a tortilla. I reheated the next day and we just used tortillas. I did use reduced cal sour cream and it didn't blend well so I may skip in the future. I can't wait to make it again! - 12/28/08
