A-L's Banana-Cinnamon Cream of Wheat

Ingredients
1.5 cups tap water1.5 cups skim milk0.5 cup mashed banana2 tsp cinnamon6 tbsp Cream of Wheat
Directions
In a small sauce pan over medium high heat mashed banana, milk and water to almost a boil (little bubbles will form around the edges).

Add the cinnamon and cream of wheat. Whisk until blended.

Reduce heat to low. Cook an additional 2-3 minutes, depending on the type of cream of wheat (fast cooking, etc).

    I made this, but the banana i used was not really ripe so i think that affected the taste. I will give it another try since i like cream of wheat and bananas though. - 9/29/08
