curry to tastecauliflower(optional)potato(optional)salsashrimp(or any meat or no meat)
Directions
put everything into a crock pot or on the stove on medium and let simmer as little as 20min or all day, if adding a meat put it all in the pot together, if adding seafood add then cook only 5-10min more
