6 Venison sausages (these are from Tesco)2 cans of tomatoes 0.5 small Butternut Squash (approx 300 grams)1 small Zucchini,A few Shallots chopped1 red bell pepperOne red chili pepperGarlic, 1 clove (remove)Orange Peel from half an orange 1 Bay LeafA handful of black pepper corns Some fresh thyme
Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas 6 and chop all the vegetables.
Fry the sausages in fry-light for 2-5 minutes until lightly browned.
Mix all other ingredients well. Put in the sausages in an oven tray an and poor the mixture with the vegetables over it.
Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
