Ingredients
1 lb ground.beef cooked and drained1 cup light sour cream1 can cream of mushroom soup1 can cream of celery soup1 medium onion1 sm. jar or can mushrooms drained (optional)Salt & Pepper to tasteegg noodles - cooked and drained
Directions
Brown and drain ground beef. Return to skillet and add onions. When onions are soft add both cans of soup. Mix well and add mushrooms. 5 minutes before serving stir in sour cream. Serve atop egg noodles.
