Fast Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients
1 chicken breast2 mixed grain hamburger buns2 slices of low fat chedder cheesefat free mayogrey pupon or dijon mustardiceburg lettucetomatooniongarlic powderpepper
Directions
Rinse the chicken breast, put it in a micro safe bowl. do not blot dry.

sprinkle both sides of chicken with the pepper and the garlic.

cover with plastic wrap and cook in micro - it takes 6-8 min in my micro at home :) let stand for 1 minute.

Toast the buns.

Put 1 T mayo and 1 t gray pupon on the bottom of each bun.

layer the lettuce, onion and tomato on the bun.

Cut the chicken in long slices, or if you are able to cut it in half so that you 2 round flat pieces of chicken.

Set chicken on the sandwich, add cheese and the top of the bun.

Eat it.
