12 oz. dark chocolate (~45% cacao)1.5 T. cocoa powder2 T. crushed red peppers1 T. sweet paprika1 T. chili pepper1 T. cinnamonTopping: 1T.- 2T. crushed red peppers
Line an 11"x7"x2" bake dish with wax paper. Melt all ingredients in a double-boiler until completely melted and smooth. Spread chocolate into prepared bake dish. Sprinkle with crushed red peppers. Chill at least two hours or until firm. Slice or break into pieces.
Chili Chocolate Bark will keep up to two weeks in an airtight container in refrigerator.
