Taco Salad

Ingredients
Ground beef, extra lean 1/2 cupTaco Seasoning Mix 40% Less Sodium 2 tsp Romaine Lettuce 2 cup, shreddedGreen Peppers 2 tbspRed Peppers 2 tbspYellow Peppers 2 tbspMushrooms, fresh, 2 mediumBlack Olives, canned 1 tbsp Black Beans 1/4 cupSalsa, 2 tbsp Tofutti Sour Supreme (soy sour cream), 2 tbsp Plum Tomatoes, 1 plum Avocados 1/4 piece
Directions
In a frying pan, cook ground beef with taco seasoning.
Put lettuce, peppers, mushrooms, olives, tomatoes, avocado and beans and beef into a bowl.
Top with salsa and soy sour cream.
Toss all ingredients together.
Enjoy with a side of chips and salsa!
