Banana Bread Low Fat

1 1/4 cups Sugar1/2 cup margarine2 lg Eggs1 1/2 cups mashed, very ripe bananas (3)1/2 cup skim milk1 tsp Vanilla2 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips OR 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1) Heat oven to 350 degrees celcius.
2) Grease only bottom of 2loaf pans measuring 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2
3) Mix sugar and butter in bowl. Stir in eggs until well blended. Stir in bananas, milk, and vanilla; and beat until smooth.
4) Stir in baking soda, flour, and salt just until moistened. Stir in chocolate chips.
5) Divide evenly and pour into pans to for 1hr.
6) Let cool before slicing.
Makes 2 loaves, 24 slices each
