Lemon Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
4 Chicken Breasts, Boneless Skinless3 Cloves of Garlic2 lemons, juice of 1 Cup Flour1 Can of Chicken Broth2 Tablespoons Olive Oil2 Tablespoons Butter2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Heat skillet over medium heat, add olive oil to coat the bottom of the skillet. Melt butter. Saute minced garlic. Lightly flour the chicken breasts and then brown. Once browned, place in a baking dish. In the skillet, add 2-3 tablespoons of flour to create a rue. Add the chicken broth and let thicken. Add the lemon juice. Pour over the chickenand bake until the chicken is done. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the top of the chicken before serving.

    Calories are way off (see note). Very good! I would use the juice of 1 lemon and a little more broth to use over rice. I put dried parsley on before oven.
