Pumpkin Custards

Ingredients
1 can pumpkin (small size) 1 can evaporated skim milk4 egg whites 1/4 c Splenda that measures like sugar (not the sugar blend)1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice1 tsp vanillaSometimes I add a squirt of DaVinci Gourmet sugar free syrup (praline is good).
Directions
Makes 6 servings.
Bake in individual custard cups in a water bath.
Bake at 350 F for 35-40 minutes.
Cool completely.
