Philly Chicken Cheese Sandwich

Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 ounces (remove)*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .25 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, strips (remove)Onions, raw, .25 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)*Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, .5 tbsp (remove)Provolone Cheese, .75 oz (remove)Joseph's Flax Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Pita, .5 serving (remove)
Heat broiler. Toss chicken with tsp oil, salt and pepper. Cook chicken under broiler till opaque, 3-5 minutes. Move to cutting board and slice. Toss peppers, onions and garlic with tsp oil. Heat under broiler for 5-7 minutes, tossing every other minute or so, until soft and slightly charred. Remove and add chicken into a single layer. Top with cheese and put back under the broiler until cheese is golden and bubbly, 30 seconds-1 minute. Add to pita pocket and serve!
