Country Style Steak (slow cooker)

Ingredients
Cubbed steak 1.5 lb cut into 4 inch peicesOnions, raw, 1 large sliced into 1/4 ringsPepper, black 1/4 tspCampbell's cream of mushroom soup, 1 canPacket of low sodium dry gravy mixWater, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Place a single layer of steak in the bottom of a slow cooker. Place 1/2 of the onion rings over the steak. Sprinkle 1/2 of the pepper over the onions. Place remaining steak over onions and then top with the rest of the onions and pepper. In a small bowl mix soup, water and dry gravy mix. Pour over steak and cook on low for 8 hours.

***Note for people who dont like mushrooms cream of celery soup can be used instead.
