French Onion Soup with Provolone

Ingredients: 3.5 cups Reduced Sodium Beef Stock3 cups Water5 large onions, sliced2 tsp fresh Thyme1 Nutrasweet Equal packet1 clove minced Garlic6 Swedish Crisp Toasts6 slices Light Provolone Cheese
Cook onions until lightly browned, add garlic, and cook until soft. Add rThyme, stock, water, and sweetner and simmer 20 minutes.
Place Crisp Toast at bottom of bowl, top with slice of cheese and add soup. Lovely if browned in oven for 5 minutes.
Makes 6 servings - 1.25 cups each
