BBQ Pulled-Chicken Breast Fajitas Crock Pot

3 lbs chicken breast1 medium onion2 cups bbq saucesmall jar of salsa1 bag (1lb) frozen stir-fry bell peppers and onions1/2 teaspoon saltflour tortillasshredded cheese, if desiredsour cream, if desired
1. Place chicken in slow cooker. Place onion on top. Mix bbq sauce, salsa, chili powser and cumin; pour over pork and onion
2. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hrs
3. Remove chicken; placeon cuttingboard. Shred using 2 forks. Return chicken to cooker and mix well. Stir in stir-fry vegetables and salt. Increase heat to high. Cover and cook 30 min or until mixture is hot and veg tender.
4. Serve with tortilla, cheese and sour cream
