1 pound 93% lean ground beef1 Can Kidney Beans (undrained)1 Can Black Beans (undrained)1 Can Pinto Beans (Undrained)1 16 oz Jar of Salsa Verde (choose your own mild, medium or hot)2 Cans Petite Diced Tomatoes1 Package Frozen Stir Fry Peppers (Red, Yellow and Green)6 Cloves Garlic1 Large OnionCumin to TasteChili Powder to TasteCayenne Pepper to TasteSalt to Taste
Makes 8 - 2 cup servings.
Brown beef, onion and garlic in large soup pot, when beef is almost browned, add the pepper stir fry. Once vegetables thawed, add remaining ingredients. Let come to a rolling boil and reduce heat to simmer. Continue to simmer for about an hours. (This can also be cooked in a slow cooker - just brown your hamburger first.)
