Turkey Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey2 cans of tomato sauce1 can mushrooms1 can Muir Glen fire roasted crushed tomatoes1 can diced tomatoes4 cloves of garlic8 baby carrotsItalian Seasonings to taste
Directions
Brown turkey. Dice carrots and onion. Place meat, veggies into crock-pot. Add the various cans of tomato products and mushrooms. Season generously with favorite Italian seasoning (basil, oregano, etc.). Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours - until the carrots are tender. Makes nine one-cup servings.
