Shrimp and Sausage cajun chicken

Ingredients
1/2 box Pasta of any kind (Linguine or Bowtie are great)Sausage, cut into 1/2 inch pieces16 oz. Shrimp 2 tsp. Garlic1 Tbs. Paprika1 Tbs. Cayenne pepper1/4 cup fat free milk1 Tbs. Butter1 cup chicken stock1 pkg (10 oz.), frozen green peas0.5 cup Parmesean cheese, gratedoptional: 1/4 cup white wine
Directions
1) Boil water and add pasta, cook until soft, drain and set aside

2) Brown sausage with olive oil in large skillett
3) Add shrimp, cook for around 1 minute
4) Add garlic, cayenne pepper, and paprika, cook for around 2 minutes
5) (optional) add around 1/4 cup of white wine, allow to simmer for 2 mins.
6) Add milk, butter, chicken stock, pasta and green peas, stir well
7) Cook for around 5 minute
8) Add Parmesan cheese, stir well, allow to settle for about a minute away from heat, and serve.
