12 ounces Lean Ground Beef1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup3 medium Potatoes, sliced1 medium raw onion, sliced1 cup watersalt and pepper to taste
Press ground beef in bottom of medium baking dish, slice potatoes and spread across ground beef, slice onions and spread across potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix water and cream of mushroom soup together and pour over mixture. Bake in 325° over for 1 hour 30 minutes.
