L.R. dutch apple pie

Ingredients
1 9" L.R. single pie crust1 quart L.R. homemade canned pie fillingTOPPING:1/4 cup quick oats1/4 cup oat bran2 T. whole wheat flour2 T. brown sugar1/8 tsp. baking soda1/8 tsp. baking powder1/8 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. cinnamon1 T. butter, softened1 T. buttermilk
Directions
Place pie filling into pie crust. For topping, combine dry ingredients. Rub in the butter until mixed with your fingers. Add buttermilk and toss with a fork until combined. Sprinkle on top of pie. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and continue baking for 40-45 more minutes or until browned and bubbly. Makes 8 servings.
