Marinara Cracker Dip

1/2 pkg of Cream Cheese (approx 4 ounces)1/2 cup of Ricotta Cheese1/4 cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese (or enough to cover the top of the dip)1/4 - 1/2 cup of Prego Marinara Sauce2 tsp Tuscany Blend (Alexander's Gourmet bread dipping seasonings) OR1 tsp Garlic Powder or fresh.5 tsp - 1 tsp Basil dried (to taste) or fresh
Soften the Cream cheese, and mix with the Basil/Garlic or Tuscany Blend seasonings. Blend in the Ricotta cheese. Spread on the bottom of a 9 x13 pan or Deep Dish Pizza pan (I used my quiche dish). Top the cheese mixture with Marinara sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese or other grated blend. I estimated between 45-50 crackers as a serving estimate..
