Venus de Milo Soup

Ingredients
1 lb Lean ground turkey1 large onion, chopped8 cups water5 beef bouillon cubes1-6oz can tomato paste2 cups italian stewed tomatoes1-10oz pkg. frozen mixed vegetables3/4 cup orzo pasta
Directions
Saute ground turkey until browned. Drain off any excess fat then add onion, water, beef bouillon, tomato paste and stewed tomatoes. Cover and bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Add mixed vegetables, cover, return to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 25 minutes. Add orzo pasta and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Enjoy!
