Pineapple Raisin Acorn Squash

1 Acorn Squash1/2 c. raisins1/4 c. Land O Lakes light whipped butter, salted1/4 c. splenda brown sugar (the blended kind)1 c. fresh pineapple chunks
Makes 12 1/2 cup servings.
Cut Acorn Squash in half, and place face down in baking dish in preheated oven at 450 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, add remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl. When acorn squash is done, transfer to plate and using a sharp knife, cut peel off of squash. Place squash in mixing bowl, and mash ingredients together. (This is mainly for the pineapple and squash.) Then use a spoon to mix well. Can use a mixer if preferred to mix well.
