Fried Corn & Tomatoes

Ingredients
1/2 can Hunt's Petite Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz can)1 can Del Monte Whole Kernel Corn, No Salt Added (15 1/4 oz can)2 cans Del Monte Sweet Corn Cream Style, No Salt Added (14 3/4 oz can)3/4 cup Pictsweet Cut Okra, frozen2 tbs All purpose enriched flour
Directions
1. In skillet add butter, place frozen okra and tomatoes in skillet and cook about 3 - 5 minutes on medium high heat.
2. Add can whole kernel corn, stir
3. Add both cans of cream style corn, stir. Place top on skillet let simmer about 10 minutes.
4. In a bowl add 2 tbs of flour, slowly add water and stir to make a paste. Add to skillet to give a thick consistency and stir. Simmer another 5 minutes.
5. Add seasoning: black pepper & salt to taste and stir. Serve.

Should make about 10-12 servings.

    This recipe was ok but it wasn't anything special. It was basically stewed tomatos and okra with corn in it. - 2/15/09
