Crock Pot Steak Casserole

Ingredients
1 cup onion sliced thinly19 oz lean round steak, cut into chuncks2 large red potatoes sliced (about 588 grams)200 grams carrots sliced1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies1 can (10.75 oz) TCondensed Tomato Soup2 tsp Worchestershire Sauce2 tsp dried parsley flakes1/2 tsp dried minced garlic1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
Spray Crock-Pot with cooking spray. Place onion in bottom of prepared container. Arrange steak pieces over onion. Layer potatoes and carrots over steak. in a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, tomato soup, Worchestershire sauce, parsley flaces, garlic and black pepper. Pour tomato mixture over vegetables. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours. Mix well before serving.
