Burrito Casserole

Ingredients
16 oz bag of cheese (any flavor)1 large can cream of mushroom soup2 cans ro-tel tomatoes (or salsa)flour tortilla shells (8 inch or smaller)2 cans refried beanschicken breast or beef for flavoring
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees while preparing.

Take tortilla shells and put refried beans and chicken breast in them (like a regular burrito) with all of the tortilla shells. Place into a casserole dish so that they are touching each other and covering the bottom. In another bowl, add 2 cans ro-tel and 1 can cream of mushroom soup and mix well. Pour mixture over burritos, covering all surfaces. Cover top of casserole with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and bubbling.
Makes about 8 servings.
