I made this recipe tonight with a pound of ground turkey instead of 20 oz. I used crimini mushrooms and no celery, 2 cans of mild rotel tomatoes and some tomato paste. It is yummy!! Thanks for the tips!!! - 9/6/11

I just realized I forgot to add the garlic when I made this. I didn't have cheese, so I sprinkled crackers on top. The flavor was good, but not the best chili I've ever had. The veggies were definitely different from what I have known growing up in Texas, but it's a good way to sneak in veggies. - 4/7/11

so good.. I used carrot instead of celery... but this is a great recipe.. and has less sodium than some others, because it does not call for added salt.. the flavor is already there! - 10/31/09

This is the best chili I have ever made. I have made it with both turkey and ground beef and it is great both ways. - 10/1/08
