This is just OK. Cobbler is supposed to have crisp crust and a runny inside. This is more like a wad of super soft crust with some fruit stuck on top in a few places. Very dry. I even used extra blackberries since they are getting ripe in my garden.

My quest is still on to find the right cobbler - 6/2/12

Very, Berry good. I used half white and half whole wheat flour. I really like the crust. I'm going to try it with other fruits too. - 7/29/11
