Chocolate No Bake Cookies w/Splenda

Ingredients
3 cup quick oats2/3 cup Peanut Butter 1 Cup Splenda/Sugar Blend8 tbsp light promise1/2 cup 2% milk1/3 cup cocoa2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Line cookie sheet with wax paper or foil.
Measure oats, and peanut butter and set aside.
Combine sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa in sauce pan and cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture comes to rolling boil.
Stir oats vanilla and peanut butter then remove from heat.
Stir till completely mixed.
Drop using tablespoon onto wax paper and allow to cool.

    I just went and tried this. The cookies came out terrible. They are dry and have very little taste. There is too much oats in this recipe. If I ever make it again I will adjust the oats down. - 10/18/10
