"my Spaghetti"

Directions
You will need:1 box of whole wheat spaghetti noodles1 LB of lean ground beef (also good with ground chicken)2 medium Zucchini1 Vadalia onion1-2 red ripe tomato's3 cloved of garlic1 Jar of spaghetti sauce1 package of sliced baby portabella mushrooms1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper
Prepare your noodles.
Dice then saute your onion, Portabella Mushrooms, Zucchini and garlic with salt and pepper, after draining add your Spaghetti suace and keep under light to medium heat.
Brown your ground beef, drain and add to your sauce mixture. Makes 5 servings
