Fruity Flaxseed Muffins

Ingredients
1- 1/2 cup plain flour3 cups ground flaxseed1 tablespoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon soda1/2 cup dark molasses1 cup low fat buttermilk2 tablespoons canola oil2 medium egg whites1 teaspoon applepie spice1/4 cup chopped nuts1/2 cup raisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix flour, flaxseed, baking powder, soda, applepie spice in one bowl. In mixing bowl add wet ingredients and mix until blended. Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix on low speed until blended. Add nuts and raisins to mixture and mix until blended- about 1 minute. Spoon into regular sized muffin cups that have been coated with pam. Bake for 25 minutes or until done.
