Tomato Foccacia Bread

Ingredients
1 package prepared pizza dough117 g fresh mozzarella cheese, chopped129 g cherry tomatoes, choppeddried oregano2 tbsp garlic flavored olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 450F. Drizzle casserole pan with 1 tbsp olive oil and distribute evenly with fingers. Spread pizza dough into casserole panl. Mix tomato paste with small amount of water and sread evenly over pizza dough. Top with mozzarella and tomatoes. Sprinkle with oregano to desired taste and drizzle with remaining olive oil.
Bake for 10 minutes.

Makes 16 square servings.
