Spinach and Goat Cheese Frittata

1 organic egg1/2 C organic egg whites1 TBSP goat milk cheese1/4 C Kraft 2 % Italian shredded cheese2 C fresh spinach1/2 C grape tomatoes2 TBSP chopped red onionMrs. Dash seasoningpepper1 tsp smart balance light
Saute onions in smart balance. Add spinach and tomatoes and saute until spinach wilts. Beat egg and egg whites together, add goat cheese and add to pan. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Saute about 2 minutes then transfer pan to oven and broil on high for 5 minutes.
