Eat Clean Crockpot Oatmeal

Ingredients
1/2 C cracked wheat1 1/2 C steel cut oats1/2 C brown rice1/4 C wheat germ1/4 C Ezekial 4:9 cereal2 C organic FF milk4.5 C water1/4 C dried cherries1/4 C chopped dates1/4 C raisins1/4 C dried blueberries1/4 C dried cranberries1.5 TBSP vanillapinch of nutmegpinch of cinnamon
Directions
Place all ingredients in crockpot, stir and cook for 4 -5 hours on low.

Makes 8 (1 C) servings

You can add whatever dried fruit or nuts you like, or just leave them out if you prefer plain oatmeal.
