Ingredients
Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) Onion powder, 1 teaspoon2 boneless skinless Chicken Breasts (whole or chopped; not cooked)White Rice, long grain, 2 cupsWater, tap, 3.5 cupsLouis Rich Turkey Bacon, 5 slices, chopped
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 325. In a 9x9 baking dish, combine rice, soup, onion powder, water and chopped turkey bacon. Stir to combine. Add the chicken breasts and COVER. Bake for 50 minutes turing once.

    nice and filling. had to use a different kind of chicken soup as nearly all cream of chicken soup has gluten in it! gluten levels to qualify as gluten free are less than in the usa - 8/21/11
